Learn how to cook a pan seared salmon with rosemary, garlic, sea salt and olive oil.
I like to use a wild caught sockeye salmon.
You want to cook the salmon skin side down with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil for 4-5 minutes on low-medium heat.
Then it’s time to flip the salmon over and sear it on the top side for 3-4 minutes on low-medium heat.
You will know your salmon is done when it changes from translucent (red or raw) to opaque (pink) as it cooks.
